[Tutorial] Setting Up Dropbox Files Sharing

Setting Up Dropbox
This step is required for those who does not have a Dropbox account If you have, please proceed to the next section
Registering
Proceed to next section if you already have a Dropbox account
- Navigate to https://www.dropbox.com/register to create an account
Fill in the information required
Remember to tick the option I agree to Dropbox terms
Then click the Create an account button to continue
- Login your email to verify email address
Installing Dropbox On Windows [Optional]
This step is optional. Do this if you want to sync all your dropbox files to your computer.
Installing
- Navigate to https://www.dropbox.com/download?plat=win to download Dropbox for Windows
(For other versions, visit Dropbox Download Page)
- Click on the downloaded file to install Dropbox.
- Wait. After Dropbox finish downloading required files, it will automatically install.
Setting Up

Launch Dropbox

Login
- Everything is completed
Installing Dropbox on iOS Device
- Open App Store and search for Dropbox
- Install
- Login
Enable Camera Upload if you want
- Done.
Installing Dropbox on Android Device
- Open Google Play Store and search for Dropbox
- Install
- Login
- Done.

Joining 5A’s Dropbox Shared Folder
Requesting for Permission to Join
- Give me (Ng, or Wilson) your email address (that you used to register Dropbox).
- Wait for approval.
- When invitation are sent to you, proceed to the next section
Accepting Invitation to Join Shared Folder
- Login to your Dropbox account (Web Version https://www.dropbox.com/)
- Click
Sharing
- Click on the
1 new shared folder invitation
- Click on
Accept
- Your are now able to Upload and Download shared files!
